Jalexa Trading Consultants, LLC (“Jalexa”) knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and manage the information that we learn about you when you visit our Web site (the “Site”) including any “Personal Information” that you voluntarily disclose to us when you visit the Site.  Personal Information refers to information that is specific to you and by which you are easily identified, such as your name, mailing address and email address.  You can access and browse the Site without disclosing your Personal Information.  When you are just browsing the Site, we do not collect, capture, or retain your Personal Information.  Nor do we share your Personal Information with third parties, other than those parties who help us to operate the Site and conduct our business, and who are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information.  We may release your Personal Information when we are required to do so in order to comply with legal process, enforce our Terms of Access and Use or protect our property, rights or safety or that of others.

What Information Does Jalexa Collect?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your online experience at MomentumRider.com. Here are the types of information we gather.

  • Personal Information: In order for you to subscribe to the Momentum Rider Trading System, receive our newsletters or order products or services, we require that you provide Personal Information.  We collect only the information necessary to process your credit card payment and fulfill your requests. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our services and features. Wherever we collect Personal Information, we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.  You acknowledge and agree that we may use and store information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  We may also process and store your Personal Information on a server located outside of your jurisdiction.  By providing your Personal Information to us, you consent to the transfer of your information across national boundaries.  If you do not consent to such transfer as well as the processing and storage of your Personal Information outside your jurisdiction, you should not provide Personal Information to us.

  • Anonymous Information: In order to improve the Site and help us provide better customer service, we may collect certain anonymous information regarding visits to the Site.  For example, we may keep track of the pages of the Site that were visited and the order in which they were visited, the domains from which the Site was accessed and the linked sites that were visited from our Site.  To do so, we only collect information that is automatically recognizable by our servers but not personally identifiable, namely, IP address, domain name, type of browser and operating system used (if available).  If your Internet Service Provider dynamically assigns your IP address, we may also be able to determine, in a general sense, the location of your point of connectivity.

What About Cookies?

We may also use “cookies” or similar devices to track your activity on the Site.  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features like “Remember Me” for our paying subscribers. How Does Jalexa Trading Consultants, LLC use the Information It Receives?

  • Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to Personal Information needed to perform their functions, but are strictly prohibited from using it for other purposes.
  • Promotional Offers: From time to time we may send promotional offers to selected groups of Jalexa customers on behalf of Jalexa and other businesses. Accordingly, we, if you “opt-in”, may send you emails or otherwise contact you about our various products and services or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you.  To “opt-in” means that you have notified us that we have permission to use your Personal Information in order to add you to our mailing or subscriber lists.  Of course, whenever we send you a new mailing, you will be given the opportunity to “opt-out” of receiving such information in the future.
  • Protection of MomentumRider.com and Others: We will release account and other Personal Information when we believe such release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce the terms of the Legal Notices that accompany this policy; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Jalexa, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
  • With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might be shared with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

How Secure Is Your Personal Information?

  • We use state-of-the-art encryption to securely and automatically accept, process and manage online payments as well as to collect and store the Personal Information you provide to us.  When you order products or provide us with information, you will be transferred to a secure server where this information is stored and managed.  All of the Personal Information you provide is encrypted before it is sent to us.  We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
  • It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
  • Customer information is stored in our firewall-protected data center which is not directly accessible from the Internet.
  • The Federal Trade Commission provides useful information about online privacy on its own Web site, www.ftc.gov.

Children

Jalexa will never knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without first obtaining verifiable parental consent.  If it comes to our attention that a customer under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, we will remove all such information from our files.  However, we may still maintain a record of that person’s name and address in a “do not register” file in order to avoid a subsequent registration.

Linked Sites

This Site may contain links to other Web sites that are maintained by third parties.  Jalexa is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third party Web sites.  You should review the privacy policies and terms of use of such Web sites before visiting them
